For the base version of Tyler SIS, the school year toggle is manual on the scheduled exports screen. Apptegy will continue to receive data from the previous school year until it is manually changed.
Going into Actions to Load the Template
Go to Actions > Load or Save Grid-Templates. Choose the Load option.
Adjusting the Automated Export
Go to the Automated Export tab. At the top you will see a Year dropdown. This will need to be adjusted to reflect the new school year in order to update the export.
Once you've made the changes, click on Done.
