PowerSchool - Updating School Year in Data Export Manager
In PowerSchool, the classes and enrollment files are set to send only the current school year information.
The school year sent is manually selected, so schools will need to update the templates and re-send the exports to contain the upcoming school year.
Navigate to Data Export Manager
Go to System > Page and Data Management > Data Export/Data Export Manager.
View Scheduled System Templates
Go to the Scheduled System Templates tab to make changes to both the classes and enrollment exports.
Edit the Classes Template
Click on the name of the classes template to open for editing.
The first screen will show you the fields being used in the export. No changes need to be made here.
Click Next.
