Many SIS Vendors build exports via a Representative, who may request a Template to send to them. Additionally, some Student Information Systems may also send OneRoster files instead of individual files.
Note: Apptegy has worked with enough SIS Vendors repetitively, it may benefit to also ask to see if your SIS has created default templates for Apptegy Alerts
